We had "rainbow" eggs today. (spinach & ham chopped very fine)
My kids don't like veggies. Guess I won't make them eat them.
They are just happy eating rainbow eggs and no veggies.

My neighbors puree carrots and squash in their 2 year old's eggs.
I add spinach and carrots to my spag sauce :)
Sometimes I can sneak in veggies in smoothies too!
