Phyllis, 34

Photobucket

I'm Phyllis - tomorrow I celebrate my 9th wedding anniversary & I am the proud mother of one amazing 6-year old boy (above is a self-portrait of me & said boy, taken in December 2006). I was born in a suburb of Detroit, but moved to Austin when I was seven. Going back to visit now, I see what a good decision my parents made, and how different my life would have been had we stayed. I do accounting work, but long to do photography full-time. Hopefully, when my son gets a little older, I will be able to chase after my dream. For now, I'm content taking photos and hoarding them until the day I can figure out a way to show them to the world. I am fiercely loyal and consider my close friends to be an extension of my family. I love to laugh, I love music, and I dig tattoos. I love to travel, love to eat, and love to take pictures - I would like to find a way to do all three at once, and get paid for it. I have no interest in portraits; instead I love to photograph nature & food. I love God and all the blessings I have been given. In summary, I'd say I'm one lucky gal.

I love your picture, Phyllis. And I hope one day you do get to combine travel, eating and photography ... sounds like heaven! I look forward to seeing what you post here and getting to know you. Jen

Z looks more like you every day. You guys take the greatest photos together - they always look so sweet (even the goofy ones). Can't wait to see you both again.

Besos!
